Refund Policy 2020
Cancellations must be requested in writing and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Monies will be processed back to the credit card used to register.
Campers may TRANSFER to another camp during the 2020 summer by requesting such in writing prior to the start of camp they are registered for and if there is availability.
Refunds are not an option once camp begins for any reason including illness or injury. Campers who fail to appear or depart camp after registration begins, will not receive refunds.
Please do not bring ill children to camp, i.e. sick stomach, pink eye or other contagious conditions, as other campers / staff could obviously be adversely affected.
Day Camp Cancellations will be accepted up to fourteen (14) days before camp begins, with a $200 cancellation fee.
There are NO REFUNDS after the fourteen-day (14) window has surpassed.
Elite Camps Cancellations will be accepted if requested in writing and thirty (30) days or more before the start of camp with a $200 cancellation fee. If we are not notified of cancellation in writing prior to the start of camp, full tuition will be forfeited.
NO REFUNDS after the thirty-day (30) window has surpassed as staffing , team rosters and final dorm/dining contracts are submitted as the camp is charged by Conference Services at this time.
Require a written request and must be accompanied by a doctor's note prior to the start of camp. These will be honored on a case by case basis. Medical cancellation fee will be determined to cover administrative costs and any Conference Service fees incurred.
If your child becomes sick or injured at any time during the camp:
Qualified trainers will be on duty for the duration of all camps to care for minor injuries and illness. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if there is a serious injury or a child needs to leave camp early for a medical reason. Please make a notation on the medical portion of your registration if there is any medical condition we should be aware of in advance of the camper's attendance to camp. Our athletic trainer will be available for questions on the first day of each camp and throughout the week.
Parents will be asked to pick up their daughters who cannot participate in camp activities due to injury, illness or homesickness.
NOTE to Parents: It is imperative that Emergency Contact person you list is someone OTHER THAN the primary or secondary parent listed on the registration form. Parents listed are the first and second call, then the Emergency Contact. This is your back up. Do NOT list yourself. We have your number.
All camp expenses will be closed 30 days following camp. No credits or refunds will be issued after this date. Tuition does not roll over to the following summer.
